You will need to check the vent actuator to see if its functioning. The actuator is a controller that opens and closes the fllapper that direct the airflow from the fan . This is under the dash on the passenger side . There are two types of actuators , electric or vacuum . If its electric you may simply have a blown fuse or it could be a bad actuator, if its vacuum you would need to look for leaks in the system. which could be in the lines to the actuator or the actuator itself .
