I had a similar problem with one of my SD cards but I resolved it by '''reformatting the card within the DJI Vision app'''. FYI, I had tried reformatting in several computers with no luck but this was fixed the first time using the Vision app.
Power on the Phantom, WiFi repeater and controller as you would when going for a flight. Once you have the Vision app open on your phone and are connected to the Phantom select the Camera option in the main menu. Once you have the view from your camera in the app click on the setting button in the lower right side. Once the camera options are visible on the left side of the screen scroll to the bottom of the options and you should see an image of an SD card. By selecting the SD card image/icon it should prompt you to reformat and then follow on-screen prompts.
**If you don't see the image for the SD card to select and reformat then you will have to go back to the main screen of the Vision app where you have the options of: Camera, Album, News and Settings. Select Settings, then select Camera Settings Display (under the Camera subsection) and finally use the slider to enable Format (of your SD card). Then back out to the main menu and follow the original instructions above to see the option to reformat your card.
