The first mid frame I bought came with this, but my second and current frame didn't. As luck would have it (bad luck, that is) for me, the old one crumbled upon removal, and I couldn't locate one online or anywhere. It's a pain, but what I did was, I found an old T.V remote, removed it's lense and carved a new one from it with a hobby knife. (Make sure to hear the tip of the hobby knife. It helps when cutting such a small piece) Then put it in place with super glue. Worked like a charm. Hope this helps.
