Plug your laptop in to make sure the battery isn’t just dead first. I'm assuming that there is still internal sounds coming from the laptop, so hold the power button until the laptop shuts off completely. This should fix your problem. You will see the windows recovery screen; select ''"Launch Windows normally"''.
