having the same problem, and the phone ZTE Grand x4 is brand new. Deactivated or uninstalled any useless app (games, amazon, ) and fiddled with several settings, but no change. I'm going to the Cricket store, to see if they can help, but after reading these comments, I may just sent the phone back.
