You won't need any programs. The operation is simple.

# Take out the SD card and put it into the computer. You will need a SD card or Memory stick reader. 
# Open windows explorer. 
# Open the SD card or Memory Stick from there. You'll have to find the correct one. 
# Drag the photos out of that folder then put them where you wish, probably in the pictures folder.
