Sorry to say you likely need a new logic board as I suspect you plugged in a bad or wrong USB charger which damaged the charging logic. As far as the controls this could be related.

The only problem here is Jawbone is out of business! So getting parts will be difficult! Maybe its time for a new speaker. I now have UE Boom speakers which I think offer even better fidelity than my old Jambone speakers!
