Firstly I would like to check as in no power, fan spin when power button is pressed on? or power on but no screen?
Had you test your power adapter yet? measure the output with a multimeter.
why do you need to repair and what do you need to use for?
well, it depends... it might not be economical to repair as this computer parts are either EOL or in production.
and sourcing for a second hard parts with shipping, might be costlier than a second hand working laptop.
