System refused to boot into desktop screen

when I power the system, it will display the first screen containing Samsung logo and disappears within a second then the screen will remain black , and in that state it can't power off even with the power  button unless you removed the battery. pls help me out

I have  pictures of it in case u really wants to confirm it. thanks
