This capacitor is pretty easy to source; you can find them at [https://www.digikey.ca/products/en/capacitors/ceramic-capacitors/60?k=220PF&k=&pkeyword=220PF&pv7=2&FV=380004%2C400b83%2Cffe0003c%2Cc0003%2C440005&quantity=0&ColumnSort=0&page=1&pageSize=25|DigiKey] or Mouser. Soldering them is another story however as they are quite tiny. That said, I don’t think it needs to be replaced. These four caps are there to filter out any noise on the the NORTH_AC_GND_SCREW line which is where the antenna interconnect resides. These caps are designed in to optimize performance when manufacturing tens of millions of devices. I would try to simply rebuild the device as is and see how it performs, If you don’t see a difference, then don’t bother with it.
