Unfortunately an icloud lock can not be removed from the phone except by the person who has the account.

Since your aunt does not remember her email or password, she would have to provide proof of purchase and possibly other information to Apple for assistance.

Even then, there is a chance that Apple will not assist in retrieval of the icloud account.
