It sounds like that there could be damage to a few components in there. The Front facing camera / sensor module connect to the board indepedently of the rear camera. The front facing camera / sensor flex could of been damaged when you were taking the screen off your phone. Twisting the display during it’s removal can case damage. I would also check the rear facing camera flex cable for tearing. In terms of the flash module this is on the flex cable which also has youyour power button. Worth while checking this for damage.

Damage here may of occoured because of mis handing of the flex cables, over tightening of screws or using the incorrect length of screws in a sensative location. Thats just my opinion based on what has been described above. Let me know how you get on.
