Not sure the Model, but BT Baby Monitors have a 24 month warrantee, so if it’s a fault then check out the helpdesk if it’s a BT VBM 6000, see  http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/58437/~/bt-video-baby-monitor-6000
