I’m starting to think the T-CON board on the backside of the LCD panel has an issue. If you can find a panel which is cracked you should be able to salvage the T-CON board from it. The option option is getting a replacement panel. I’ve seen some listed on eBay for around $250 USD often I see them listed around $500 USD.
