Not likely unless you know micro soldering. The innards are all soldered into the gameboy cartridge board. The memory chip is the black box on the right of the chip. Its also unlikely that you would find a chip replacement unless you can desolder it from another identical cartridge then solder that into the board of that cartridge. (very difficult)
