Hit the reset button on back of tablet, immediately hold the power and volume + button. When you see the RCA logo, let go of the power button but keep holding the volume + button. Hold until safe mode menu appears. (This worked for a tablet pre-equiped with Windows 10) Choose factory reset from here (Note: factory reset removes all files and presets of the device)
