MacBook Pro charges but won’t turn on

Hi, my MacBook Pro Mid 2012 won’t turn on properly, turns on for a second (not even being able to listen to the fan or engine running) then shuts down instantly only showing the little white light (at the front on the right side of the trackpad) . It shows that it is fully charged but acts as it wasn’t.
