The schematic on the last page of the manual should help to find the problem.

Since all the keys aren’t working you need to check that the +3.3VD voltage supply that is supplied to all the keys via the resistor stack is OK and that the connector CN501 is plugged in securely as this is the connector that connects all the keys to the mainboard.
