Technically Yes you can change the battery...but the difficulty is  removing without puncturing the old one since this battery does not have  the peel out adhesive strips common to mobile devices.  Then, you have  to actually find the replacement...that is the real problem.   Your best  bet would be either leave it plugged in or buy a new keyboard
