I followed the guys answer above about sucking on the earbud grill as I had been hesitant to remove the grill. So I lightly wetted the grill with a damp paper towel and sucked directly on the grill with the eartip off. Wow alot of wax came out. After no more gunk was coming out I played some music at max volume for a couple minutes to clear anything in the chamber, problem solved. Thanks for the tip!! Definitely recommend trying this before removing the grill even though it's kinda gross.
