I'm in the same boat, and I'm here looking for the same help lol but I have a part coming and I'm going to test it out.
The bottom of the screen is the most significant part of it and you must be careful not to wedge anything too far under it for you might damage something. But from the looks of it, the plug to only worry about is actually towards the middle of the screen. There's a plug that goes into the board that leads to the bottom of the screen, but I can't determine whether it's reusable from the screen or not yet, but if it is it's connected to the bottom of the screen so watch out. I also assume that you should be very careful not to damage the camera and speaker up top.
Treat it like any other tutorial here; heat one of the sides and lift and prop it open, carefully and slowly slice away all of the surrounding adhesive. Treat it like there's plugs on each side until you can see better.
