Replacing the charger port on iPhone 13 Mini

I'm attempting to replace my iPhone 13 Mini charger port. Will the iPhone 12 Mini port fit since I cannot find the port for the 13 mini on here?  Will it fit/function?  Where can I get this part as well as the seal on the screen to preserve it's water resistance.
