I have not experienced this particular problem but maybe try resetting BIOS/UEFI to default (remove CMOS battery and discharge with power off) and reset reconfiguration.

Advisable to record your current settings unless you know them very well.

This has helped me in the past with strange BIOS/UEFI corruption - especially after updating.
