I was experiencing the same issue but after [link|https://mywatchgeek.com/garmin-forerunner-235-time-wrong/|reading a troubleshooting post|new_window=true] I was tried all those method on my Forerunner watch and now it is showing the accurately correct time.  You can try these method they will help you as well.
