Crackling noise on left speaker when walking or in a moving vehicle

I started noticing lately that when I walk without music playing and ANC on I hear a crackling noise with each step I take on the left speaker. This seems to happen when my body is absorving vibrations, for example, sitting on a bus the noise happens when I'm leaning against the chair or a wall, but it stops when I no longer touch that surface with my back.[br]
What could be the issue here? Has anyone experienced this?
