@tvz62367 Do you have a charger number? You could use an ammeter and put it in between your charger and your battery and see how many amps it draws.  You can do some basic test with your multimeter. Check something [https://www.wikihow.com/Test-a-Battery-Charger|like this] It tests the same way for your battery as well. Let us know what you find out.
