Why does my pc keep crashing?

Hello, my pc keeps crashing saying clock watchdog error and I've checked everything. Ran benchmarks on both cpu and gpu and no crashing and cooling is good, tested hard drives and ssd and came up good, replaced the motherboard and did all updates and still continues and just outta ideas. If you've got anything for me to try I'd appreciate it
