@pouisen2010, it depends whether the iPad is worth the cost of a new screen or not, as that's what it will take to fix it. If you do the replacement yourself, your only cost will be the screen and possibly any tools and adhesives needed to do the job, which will be far cheaper than what any shop will charge you to replace the screen. Here's the iFixit guide showing how to do the job.

A quick check shows a couple of those screens available on Amazon for around $70 USD; you may be able to find them even cheaper on places like eBay and AliExpress.

Of course you'll want to find the color that matches yours; in practice the color is only cosmetic but since you need to keep your home button it'll be the wrong color if you don't get the same color as your original screen.
