Error code PF with soap dispenser not working correctly.

My LG dishwasher model lds5811WW/02 shows error code "PF" which I know is power failure. I tried online suggestions of the on/off switch, but it will only let me start the dishwasher with the soap dispenser working at odd times, if at all. I tried shutting off the breaker and the PF code keeps showing up. Does anyone have an alternative fix for this?
