Also, try your phone in safe mode and see if that makes a difference. Some software updates are known to do this as well.
-IF that does not change anything it is possible that you have an issue with the charging circuit on your main board. For that you will need the schematics and boardview as well as some pretty good tools and skills to fix that. Let us know what you find out.
