Well I will suggest you to do the following:

# Check if Your SIM Is Active and Turned On.
# Switch On and Off Airplane Mode.
# Change Your Network Type if you are using 2 sim's in your tab
# Manually Select Your Network Provider.
# Restart your tab.
# Check if Your SIM Is Inserted Correctly.
# Clear the SIM Toolkit App Cache and Data.
