@prayag57802 since you are certain this is caused by a bad RAM module, it is time to change it. Of course, you can also try and clean teh contacts first. I use a pencil eraser to clean the contacts. Also, inspect the RAM slots on your motherboard to make sure that there are no bend or corroded pins etc.
To work on your computer use the [document|38862] which essentially is the service manual. Now, if you are just guessing that this is a RAM error, then you have to give us more information about what your computer is doing and what you have tried.
