Hi, the Express cycle always works fine on our Kenmore washer model 110.24982300. Wash, rinse, then spin all work, so we use that cycle.

Hi, if one cycle on a washing machine works fine, start to finish, but other cycles stop in the middle and don't complete, is the problem probably the timer?

We tried to use the longer cycles (UltraClean or Perm Press II.) Those start ok, wash a while, then stop in the middle of their cycles, leaving tank full of water & wet clothes.

I'm only guessing, does this mean the timer should be replaced? I can do that, but wish to know if I'm wrong and it could be something else. Thanks
