Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for your computer about how to change the thermal paste, use the generic one [guide|744] It will give you a good idea about what to do. BTW, once your computer is apart, clean the air ducts etc of any dust and debris. All of this should get your laptop to quiet down again. Welcome to iFixit. [br]
