@alkhafeefi darn! Looks like the headband just "exploded". I do not see any way of fixing this. Looks like a replacement is the only way. You may need to see if used parts are available at places like ebay etc. As for the wiring, you can solder those back together. Since you have to replace the headboard, I would suggest to replace that as well. Use these guides [[Topic:Astro A40 TR]] to work on it
