Try the following and see if it resolves the problem:
-Type "Task Scheduler" (without the inverted commas) in the search bar on the desktop and then click on ''Task Scheduler > run as administrator''
+a). Go to ''Device Manager > Battery'' and uninstall the ''Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method battery'' drivers. When completed, close all open windows and restart the laptop in the normal manner. During the following restart, Windows will reinstall the drivers. Check if the message appears the next time the laptop is started.

Once in Task Scheduler, go to ''Task Scheduler Library'' ''> Hewlett-Packard'' and click on ''HP Battery Health''.
In the right-hand pane, ***right click*** on ''BatteryCheck'' and click on ''Disable''.
Close Task Scheduler and restart the laptop in the normal manner an check if the message is gone.
