My HP Pavilion x360 13-S104NE has stopped turning on after replacing the battery
I tried a new charger, new power port, and shorting the power button pins, all to no avail
I have tried a hard reset also to no avail
Any other ideas other than an entire new motherboard such a specific chip?

EDIT: The new battery, after further testing, was discovered to have reversed polarity on the terminals, so I need to know which chip was fried by the reversed polarity
