I called samsung for this the first time it happened they sent out a tech and they replaced a card the tech said that she gets called out to replace these constantly so much so the total repair took her like 20 min 10 of which was figuring out a safe way to lay the behemoth on its face safely. they are aware of the common failure i just wish i could remember what card it was that went bad.
