When the Mac Man was established in 2006, we had one goal in mind, To provide affordable, jargon free Mac support & training to everyone.
The business started out small, initially we worked with people who simply wanted training and guidance with their new Mac. As time went on and the word got out, our business grew and we were asked to support business users. We also found a need to provide hardware support to our customers, and we were happy to move into this area. Today we’re finding more and more people are coming to us to purchase second hand refurbished Macs and new Mac’s alike. So it made sense for us to honour this demand and supply our customers accordingly.
Today, we have a nice base in Brighton and Tunbridge Wells and plan to expand further in the future. We have specialist workshops at both locations and repairs are always carried out by Apple certified engineers. We are still a small business, but we are more than happy with our current and organic growth. Over time and bit by bit we have plans to grow the business into other geographical areas but all in good time.
