The Kindle Fire HD 8.9” (model #3HT7G) is a 2012 tablet computer that allows users to read books, view comics, watch movies and find general entertainment at a mid-range price. The previous entry in the series of Kindle releases is the Kindle Fire HD 7". The most notable difference from the Kindle Fire HD 7” is the larger screen size.
