Cracked iphone 5 screen and battery that wouldn't hold a charge

Battery repair was straight forward and went off without a hitch. Replacement screen had a (apparently) bad cable. It would work if I held it at 90 degrees up from the phone but as soon as I moved it down to attach it would either blank out or turn dark or generate lines on the screen. Your CS sent me a new screen right away and it worked great. Thanks!
