Ancient Hard Drive

Mein Problem

My hard drive gave up the ghost and it was a cheap fix to change out a bad hard drive.

Meine Reparatur

Pretty easy and straight forward. The motherboard cable didn't go on the first time so I had to take it apart again when it looked dead. I used plastic hooks to get it together. Other than that it was easy and successful. I had to format the hard drive through Target Disk mode before it would work with my Time Machine drive. There was no longer a recovery drive but I can live without it.

Mein Rat

It would be nice to have tips on reinstallation of system software since there is no recovery partition any longer. Other than that, it's tip-top.
