Mein Problem

moisture leaked into my ipod and created a large dark blob in the middle of my screen. It was distracting to watch videos on or do anything else with the ipod.

Meine Reparatur

Replacing the LCD screen went relatively smooth. The online guide was very helpful. Now that it's completely fixed I love my ipod once again. It's like it's brand new!

Mein Rat

be careful with the opening tool as it breaks easily. My ipod didn't want to disconnect from the inner clasps and the opening tool broke in the process. But I was able to use the bigger opening tool to separate the screen from the bottom.
