I pad 3 shattered screen

Mein Problem

Wife dropped the iPad on tile floor. I fixed it because I didn't want to pay Apple $299.

Meine Reparatur

Went well. I fix it guide was great. Took my time. I did break the small LED retainer clip. I made a wedge of Mylar and this worked perfectly. Very tedious repair. Worth the time though.

Mein Rat

Be careful with the small clips that retain the digitizer and led strips. Be patient---very patient. I'm 68 years old but have experience with electronics repair.
