Battery was not holding charge.

I expected a printed page of instructions to be included with the Fixit Kit. I tried to find the instructions at the Fixit website and was unable. So I being the repair kind of guy that I am, proceeded on my own. I was able to figure out how to get the case open. However, had I had access to instructions, it would have gone better. Got the case opened, replaced the battery and got everything put back together. Battery took a charge and the unit acted like a new player.

Include a set of printed instructions with the order. I was unable to find instructions for the repair at the Fixit site. I know my problem. However, there was a link with this flollowup email message. How about a link with the order message???
