problemas con imac core i3 11,2

hola ayuda por favor, tengo una imac core i3 LGA 1156 modelo de imac 11,2 con sodimm dd3 4 gb1333 mhz , he comprado un core i7 870 LGA 1156, pero no me da imagen ( no hay señal devideo ) solo funciona con core i3 . chequee con un i5 y tambien tengo el mismo problema. que puedo hacer ????
