iPhone 4s Dock Connector and Home Button replacement

Mein Problem

Phone would only charge once it had completely discharged (would not charge when in the on state). Home button would not respond properly (required multiple hard presses). The phone was otherwise in very good shape and worked well, making it a good candidate for repair.

Meine Reparatur

Take quite awhile to make repairs. Replacing the home button required complete disassembly.

Mein Rat

Repair Guides are a must when disassembling to prevent damage. Patience, patience, patience!! Keep all parts, especially the tiny screws organized. It would be nearly impossible to tell them apart if mixed together. Install all screws in the same location they were removed from.
