Was a slow tetious procedure, like surgery, in hopes to avoid damaging other internal components. But the screen and bezel aligned better than a cheaper company that I had purchased before. The home button, pre-installed, worked very well. And on a final test I played YouTube videos and when asked to skip the commercial I couldn't get the screen to register me pressing the skip unless I tapped quite hard, but it worked. I'm not an apple guy and my android doesn't require that kind of force so I'm unsure if that's normal, this also occurred on rotation of the screen.

Shipping IS WAY TOO HIGH. The bezel stickers that were already attached were attached poorly causing me to have to try and realign them, some pays I couldn't re use and had to go to an electronics store to replace the 3m sticker parts. The Phillips had screw driver supplied with the kit did not grab the heads of the screws as well as the cheaper tool set I purchased from a competitor company.
