DC-In Board Install for my Mother's iBook

My mom picked up an Apple iBook G4 at a yard sale for $20. They told her it would shut off randomly and she figured, for $20, why not?

She called me and brought the laptop over, I took a look at it and knew the problem was internal, but hoped it was an easy fix.

Turns out, it was super easy. Replacing the DC-In board is one of the easiest repairs I've ever done. Start to finish took less than 20 minutes and now the laptop works perfectly!

Super easy! The instructions on the website were very clear and actually made it seem more difficult than it actually was in real life. This was one of the smoothest repairs I've done and now my mom has laptop that cost her less than $50!
