battery would not hold charge. It would say 50% and then turn off. I was getting maybe 3 hours of life on this battery.
Meine Reparatur
The repair was pretty straight forward and I followed both the written guide and the Youtube video. The part about applying heat prior to trying to get the adhesive strips out is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. My strips broke and yours will to, guaranteed. I used a combination of heat, dental floss, and gentle prying to get the old battery out.
Mein Rat
Use heat, dental floss, and a second person in order to get the battery out. Persistence and gentle persuasion are the keys.
